3. No Refund Policy

All course purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once a customer has successfully purchased a course and received access to the course or its materials, no refund, cancellation or exchange will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Failure to watch the course

• Failure to complete assignments

• Personal circumstances

• Dissatisfaction with the course

3.1 Payment Gateway & Payment Processing

All payments made through karankeepcreating.in are processed through third-party payment gateway/service providers.

Karan Keep Creating does not directly process or store customers' complete payment card, banking or other sensitive payment credentials. Payment processing, transaction verification and related payment services are handled by the applicable payment gateway in accordance with its own terms, policies and security procedures.

Any payment gateway fees, transaction charges or other applicable charges may be subject to the policies of the respective payment gateway.

3.2 Failed Payment / Payment Deducted Without Course Access

In exceptional circumstances where:

• The customer's payment has been deducted but the transaction has failed or the order has not been successfully completed; or

• The customer has successfully made a payment but, due to a technical or system-related issue on our side, we are unable to provide the purchased course or its materials;
  

Karan Keep Creating may process a refund after verifying the transaction.

Any such refund may be made after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, platform fees, transaction charges, taxes or other non-recoverable charges, where applicable.

Once a refund has been approved, the refund may take up to 15 business days to be processed, depending on the payment gateway, banking institution or other payment service provider involved.

The actual time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's bank account or original payment method may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Refunds in such circumstances will be processed only after the payment and transaction details have been verified.

3.3 Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the purchased course or its materials, you must contact us within 10 days of the purchase or the occurrence of the issue.

You may be required to provide relevant information such as:

• Email address used for purchase

• Order/transaction ID

• Screenshot or recording of the issue

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve genuine technical issues.

Technical support does not create a general right to a refund.

Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership or copyright of the course content to the customer.

5. Strictly Prohibited Activities

You may not, without prior written permission from Karan Kumar:

• Remove copyright notices, watermarks or other ownership information.

Unauthorised downloading, recording, copying, sharing, redistribution or commercial use of course content may constitute copyright or other legal violations.

Karan Kumar / Karan Keep Creating reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals or organisations involved in unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution or sharing of the course content.

6. Account Sharing

Course access is intended for the individual who purchased the course.

Sharing login credentials or allowing another person to access the course through your account is prohibited.

If we reasonably believe that an account is being shared, misused or accessed by unauthorised individuals, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund.
