Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all courses and digital educational products purchased through karankeepcreating.in, operated by Karan Kumar / Karan Keep Creating.

By purchasing a course from Karan Keep Creating, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All course purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once payment has been successfully completed and access to the course has been provided, no refund, cancellation or exchange will be offered under any circumstances, except in the limited situations specifically described in Section 2 of this Refund Policy.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Purchasing the course by mistake

• Lack of time to complete the course

• Failure to watch the course

• Failure to complete assignments

• Personal circumstances

• Dissatisfaction with the course

• Not using the course after purchase

• Not achieving a particular result from the course

• Deciding that the course is not suitable for you

Please review the course description, curriculum, features and other available information before making your purchase.

2. Exceptional Refund Situations

A refund may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

2.1 Payment Deducted but Transaction Failed

If your payment has been deducted from your bank account or payment method but the transaction has failed and you have not received successful course access, we may process a refund after verifying the transaction.

2.2 Payment Successfully Completed but Course Cannot Be Provided

If payment has been successfully completed but, due to a technical or system-related issue on our side, we are unable to provide the purchased course or its materials, we may process a refund after verifying the transaction.

Where possible, we may first attempt to resolve the issue and provide the purchased course or materials.

3. Payment Gateway

Payments made through karankeepcreating.in are processed through third-party payment gateway/service providers.

Karan Keep Creating does not directly process or store customers' complete payment card, banking or other sensitive payment credentials.

Payment processing, transaction verification and refunds are subject to the systems and policies of the applicable payment gateway and financial institution.

4. Refund Deductions

Where a refund is approved under the exceptional circumstances described above, the refund amount may be reduced by applicable:

• Payment gateway charges

• Platform fees

• Transaction charges

• Taxes

• Other non-recoverable charges

The amount refunded will therefore depend on the amount actually recoverable from the relevant payment gateway or service provider.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved and confirmed, it may take up to 15 business days to process the refund.

The actual time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account or original payment method may vary depending on:

• Payment gateway

• Bank

• Card issuer

• Payment service provider

• Other financial institutions involved in the transaction

Karan Keep Creating is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions after the refund has been initiated.

6. Technical Issues & Reporting Period

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased course or course materials, you must contact us within 10 days of the purchase or the occurrence of the issue.

Please provide the following information where applicable:

• Name used during purchase

• Email address used for purchase

• Order or transaction ID

• Screenshot or screen recording of the issue

• Description of the problem

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve genuine technical issues.

A technical issue does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Where possible, we will first attempt to restore access or provide the affected course materials.

7. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to the capabilities and policies of the applicable payment gateway.

We may not be able to process refunds to a different payment method or bank account.

8. Course Access After Refund

If a refund is approved and processed, Karan Keep Creating reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to the purchased course and its associated materials.

You must not continue accessing, using, copying, downloading or distributing course materials after your access has been terminated.

9. No Refund for Unauthorised Sharing or Misuse

No refund will be provided where access has been suspended or terminated due to:

• Account sharing

• Sharing login credentials

• Unauthorised distribution of course materials

• Downloading or recording protected course content

• Copyright infringement

• Redistribution or resale of course materials

• Other violations of the Terms & Conditions
  

Karan Keep Creating also reserves the right to take appropriate legal action where applicable.
